Audience tools allow your audience to ask questions and vote on questions asked by other audience members. You can view all questions in Presenter View, and choose to display a question to the audience.
To start using audience tools:
Click on the drop-down arrow of the Present button near the top-right corner of the screen
Choose Presenter View
Ensure the Audience Tools tab is selected on the right-hand side of the screen
Click on Start New
A URL is displayed along the top of the presentation, allowing the audience to visit the URL on their own computer or mobile device to interact with the presentation.
When an audience member visits the URL, they will be prompted to sign into Google Workspace.
Once signed in, they will be able to ask a question as follows::
Click on the Ask a Question box
Type a question
Click on Submit
Once a question has been asked, any audience member can vote the question up or down using the buttons that display under the question:
All questions will show on the Audience Tools tab in presenter view - click on the Present button to show a question on a slide in the presentation.
A slide will display the question in the presentation, for all audience members to view.
