You can change the formatting of any text or object on the slide using various methods. Before formatting, always select the item you want to work with - you can click on a single object to select it, then hold Ctrl and click on additional objects you wish to format at the same time.
Text and objects on a slide can be formatted using the buttons on the toolbar.
Click on the Format Options button on the toolbar to add additional formatting to a text object or other shape on a slide.
Use the Size & position options to set the object size, scale and position on the slide
Use the Text fitting options to add padding around the text within a shape
Use the Drop shadow options to add a drop-shadow around the shape and set the colour, transparency, angle, distance and blur radius
Use the Reflection options to add a reflection to the object, along with the transparency, distance and size of the reflection
Copy formatting from one object to another using the Format Painter button on the toolbar.
