As well as viewing the revision history of the sheet as a whole, you can right-click over a cell to see the edit history of that cell only, and to toggle through all of the edits made to that cell over time.
You will be able to see who has made the change, and what the cell value has been changed from and to.
Right-click on the cell you want to view the history of
Choose the Show Edit History command
The previous cell value will be shown - click on the arrow to show the value that was in the cell before this one
