When you record a meeting, it will be be recorded as a video, with all sounds and screen sharing included in the recording. When recording is complete, the file will be stored automatically in the meeting organiser’s My Drive.
To record a meeting:
Click on the ellipses along the bottom of the screen
Choose Manage recording
Click on Start recording
Ensure you have permission from everyone in the meeting, then click on Start
An indicator will show in the top-left corner of the screen while the meeting is being recorded:
To stop recording:
Click on the ellipses and choose Manage recording
Choose Stop recording
Confirm by clicking on Stop recording
You'll receive an email to inform you when the recording is complete and where it can be found in Google Drive:
