View the corporate directory
You can view all users in the corporate directory i.e. all users within your Google Workspace domain. This is useful if you wish to find a particular contact within the organisation, or wish to view all company colleagues in a single list. From the directory, you can also add a contact to your own Contact list, or create a group of specific users by assigning a label.
To view the directory of all users:
View your contacts by clicking on the App Launcher button near the top-right corner of the screen
Choose Contacts
Click on Directory on the left-hand side of the contact screen
All users within your organisation will be listed in alphabetical order of their first name:
Click on a contact to view their details:
Click on the Back button to return to the full directory or contact list.
