You can change your Google Workspace password at any time. Always keep your password safe - don't share it with anyone. If you are concerned that someone else may know your password, change it as soon as possible.
To change your Google Workspace password:
Click on your profile photo or placeholder in the top-right corner of the screen
Click on the Manage your Google Account button
Click on Security on the left-hand side of the screen
Click on the arrow to the right of Password
Enter your current password
Click on Next
Type a new password, then re-enter this to ensure you typed it correctly the first time
Click on the Change Password button
Ensure your password is strong i.e. difficult to guess by including a mix of upper and lower case letters, plus some punctuation marks and/or numbers. Don't use a password that is a recognised word, and don't use an obvious password such as a pet or partner name, or the word "password"!
