As well as emailing your form to specific people, you can track who has responded to your form and who has yet to complete it. You can also send reminder emails to people that haven't yet completed a form, to remind them to do so as soon as possible.
Before tracking who has responded to a form, the form must be set to only allow responses from your organisation, and only one response per person:
Click on the Settings cog along the top of the form:
Ensure the Collect email addresses option is selected
To allow users to submit only one response, check the Limit to 1 response box
Click on Save
You can now send the form via email to the people you wish to track:
Click on the Send button along the top or bottom of the form
Click in the Email button is selected to show all email options
Click in the To box and enter the name or email address of each person you wish to send the form to - any matches from your frequent contact list will be displayed and can be clicked to add to the To list
Enter a Subject and introductory Message for the form
To send a copy of the form to your own email account, check the Send a copy to myself box
To include the form itself in the email message, allowing the recipient to complete it without the need to open the form manually, ensure the Include form in the email box is checked. If this box is not checked, a link to the form will be emailed
Click on Send when complete
Now, when you click on the Responses tab of the form, you will be able to see exactly who has responded and who hasn't:
