Embed a form

You can embed a form you have created onto any web page, by displaying the code for the form then copying it into the HTML code of the page you wish to display the form on.

To find the code you need to copy to a web page to include your form:

Click on the Send button near the top-right corner of the form

Click in the Embed button near the centre of the dialog box
If required, set a width and height to display the form at
Click on Copy then press Ctrl C to copy the code in the dialog box - you can then paste this into your web page
Click on Cancel to return to the form
