If you have a large number of options for a multiple choice, grid, scale or tick box question, you can copy and paste existing text into the form, rather than having to retype it. Any text in a Google doc, sheet or slide, or even a non-Google file e.g. an Excel worksheet, can be copied and pasted into the form.
To copy and paste existing text into a form:
Select the text that you wish to add as questions to a form - this should be typed on separate lines or cells, or as a bulleted or numbered list
Press Ctrl C to copy the text to the clipboard
In the form, click on the first option line of the question you wish to add the text to
Press Ctrl V to paste the text
For example, copy the following Excel spreadsheet range using Ctrl C:
