When you create a Google form, only you will be able to make changes to the form, by adding questions or changing settings. You can share a form with everyone in your organisation, or with specific people only, allowing others to contribute to the form and make changes. These sharing options control access to editing the form only - who can fill in the form is controlled using the options along the top of the form.
Once you have created a form, it can be shared as follows:
Click on the ellipses in the top-right corner of the form window
Choose Add Collaborators
By default, only people you specifically add to the Sharing Settings dialog box will be able to edit the form. If you want everyone in the organisation to be able to edit the form, click on the Change link, then choose how the form should be shared generally.
Click on Done when complete
To share the form with specific people, click in the Add people and groups box and enter the name or email address of each person you want to be able to edit the form
To send an email notification of the form sharing, providing the invitees with a link to edit the form, ensure the Notify people option is checked. You can type an optional message by clicking on the Message link.
Click on Send when all invitees have been added
If you have sent an email notification, the invitee will receive a message in their Inbox, which will contain a link to the shared form.
If a colleague edits the form, you will be able to see which question they are working on.
All changes will be saved to the form automatically.
