If you need a paper version of a Google Form, there is no longer a need to recreate the form in Google Docs. You can now print a blank copy of a form that can be filled in manually. Google Forms will automatically add all lines and boxes needed on the form, and convert any drop-down lists to check boxes that can be ticked as required.
To print a paper copy of a Google Form:
Open the form you wish to print
Click on the ellipses in the top-right corner of the screen, then choose Print
A preview of the form will display - if you position the mouse over the preview you can use the toolbar to zoom in or out of the screen, or show the form at full page size or full width.
To set print options:
Choose the destination printer using the drop-down list
If the form spans more than one page, use the Pages option to enter the pages you wish to print
Increase or decrease the number of Copies to print as required
Set the layout of the form to Portrait or Landscape
Choose to print in Colour or Black and whte
Click on Print to print the form
