Add section headers
You can add section headers to your form, to divide groups of similar questions. A header can consist of a title and description text. You can reposition the header on the form by clicking on it and dragging it up or down.
To add a section header:
Click on the Add Section button on the right-hand side of the form
Click on Untitled Section and type a title for the section
Click on the Description and type any text to appear under the title
You can click on the ellipses to the right of the section heading for options to duplicate the section, delete the section or merge the section with the section above.
To control which section to move to after the current section has been completed, click on the drop-down button that appears at the end of the current section. Choose the section to navigate to from here.
