Add branching
Conditional branching allows you to direct a user to a specific page of your form based on their answer to a question. In order to use this feature, you first need to divide your form into relevant sections.
To add a new section to a form:
Click on the Add section button on the right-hand side of the form
Click on Untitled Section and type a title for the section
Click on the Description and type any text to appear under the title
To add questions that branch to different sections depending on the answer given by the user:
Click on the + button to add a new question
Change the question type to and choose the Multiple Choice or Drop-down question option
Click in the Question Title box and type the question text
Click on the ellipses and choose Go to section based on answer
Enter each answer, then choose the section to jump to if that answer is selected
