Just as you can add stars to email messages to flag them in your Inbox, you can add stars to important documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings and forms to highlight them in your document list.
If you wish to add stars to multiple documents, you can select them first as follows:
To select a single document, click once on the document
To select multiple documents in a continuous list, click once on the first document, then press and hold Shift while clicking on the last document
To select multiple documents that are not listed continuously, click once on the first document, then press and hold Ctrl while clicking on each remaining document
To select all documents in a folder, press Ctrl A
To add a star to a document:
Select the document(s) you wish to star
Click on the More Actions button along the top of the document list
Choose Add to Starred
You can also add a star to a document by right-clicking over the document and choosing the Add Star option:
Show only the starred documents by clicking on the Starred link in the navigation pane.
Remove the star from a document by right-clicking over the document and choosing Remove Star.
