You can set the theme of your Shared Drive using one of the default themes, or by adding your own banner image and setting a colour for the Shared Drive.
A theme consists of an image that shows in the header of the Shared Drive, and a colour used to identify the Shared Drive. You can choose a pre-set theme, or create your own by selecting an image and colour.
To use a pre-set theme:
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Shared Drive name
Choose Change theme
Choose the Pick from Gallery option
Choose the theme you wish to apply
Click on Select
To apply a custom theme:
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Shared Drive name
Choose Change theme
Choose the Create custom theme option
Choose the image you wish to use for the theme - this can be on your My Drive, a Shared Drive or a file shared with you
Click on Select
Choose the portion of the image you wish to use as the theme header by positioning the box around the area of the image you wish to use
Click on Select when complete
Choose a colour to use for the theme
Click on Save
