Creating tasks in spaces
You can add tasks to a space and assign them to specific room members. Tasks can be given a due date and can be marked as complete when they have been carried out.
To create a task in a space:
Click on the space you wish to add a task to
Click on the Tasks tab along the top of the space
Click on Add a space task
Type a title for the task
On the Details line, type a task description
Set a due date by clicking on the Add date/time button and choosing a date and time for the task before clicking on OK
Assign the task to a specific person by clicking on the Assign button, then choosing the space member you wish to assign the task to
Click on Add when complete
A message will be posted in the chat room with a link to the task:
