Set repeating events
A repeating event is an event that recurs at the same time each week, month or other interval - there is no need to add each entry in the sequence manually.
To create a repeating event:
Click on the event you wish to repeat, then on the Edit button
Check the Doesn’t Repeat drop-down arrow under the meeting date and time
Choose the way in which the meeting will repeat e.g. daily, weekly or monthly
To fine tune the recurrence, choose Custom from the list, then select how the meeting should repeat. Click on Done when complete.
If you need to make a change to one of the repeated events in your calendar:
Click on the event you wish to change, then on the Edit button
Make the required changes to the date, location or other part of the event
Click on the Save button
Choose to change only the current instance of the repeating set of events, or all future events
If you attempt to delete a repeating event, you will be presented with the following choices:
Click on the first option to remove only the selected event - all others in the series will remain in your calendar
Click on the second option to remove the selected event and any others that occur after this in the calendar. Any events in the past will remain in your calendar
Click on the third option to remove all appointments in the series
