If your organisation has set up meeting resources such as conference rooms, these can be viewed in a calendar event and booked for a meeting. The resource will be added to the attendee list and a time during which all attendees and the resource are free can be found.

To book a resource for a meeting:
After adding all guests to the meeting, click on the Rooms link on the right-hand side of the appointment screen
Suggested rooms based on rooms you have previously booked for similar meetings will be displayed at the top of the list
Under the suggested room, all rooms that are available during your meeting time will be displayed - click on the Available Rooms Only drop-down list if you wish to show all rooms, including those that are booked during your meeting time.
To book a room for your meeting, click on the room you wish to add
