Show additional times zones
If you often need to schedule meetings with people in other countries, you can show an additional time zone in your calendar so that you can always see their local time alongside your own.
To add a time zone to the calendar:
Click on the Settings cog near the top-right corner of the screen
Choose Settings
Click on the Time Zone option on the left-hand side of the screen
Ensure your own time zone is set correctly by ensuring the correct Primary Time Zone is showing in the first drop-down list. Click in the Label box next to this and enter a short description of this time zone e.g. UK or Home
Click on the Display secondary time zone checkbox
Choose the required time zone from the second drop-down list and enter a label for the new zone next to this
Click on the Back button to return to the calendar
