Did you know you can create templates for events in Google Calendar? You can create a template with standard details including the event title, date, time, guests and description, then reuse the template when you need to create a new event with those details.
To create a calendar event:
In Google Calendar, create the first event as normal, filling in all details you wish to save in the template, including the title, description, date, time, etc. Note that any guests you include in the event won't be saved in the template.
Save the new event
Click on the event in your calendar
Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the event pop-up
Choose Publish Event
Click on the second Copy button to copy the link to the page
Open a new browser window, paste the link using Ctrl/Cmd V to view the published event
Each time you view this published page, you will be able to create a new event by changing all required details, then clicking on Save. Make sure you bookmark this page, or save the link you copied to the page, so that you can access it each time you wish to use the template.
