If you know you are going to collaborate on a slide presentation before you start work on the slides, you can create it from scratch in Google Slides. Once you have created a new presentation, you can add content and name the presentation as required.

Name a presentation

Once you've created your presentation, and before you start adding text, it’s good practice to set a name for the file, so that it isn’t saved as "Untitled" or the text you enter onto the title slide.
