Resolve a conversation
Resolving a conversation indicates that the conversation requires no further action.
If a conversation is resolved, open the conversation and click on the Mark as complete icon.
If a conversation requires no action, click on the No action needed icon.
If a conversation is a duplicate of a previous conversation:
In the original message, click on the ellipses on the right-hand side of the screen and choose Link
The URL of the message will show - click on the Copy button
Click on Close
Open the duplicate message and click on the Mark as duplicate icon
Enter the URL of the original message
Click on Mark duplicate
