Set advanced email options
Although you will find that Google Workspace provides excellent features for using your email and calendar at work, some of the features that you used in Outlook aren’t yet available. Advanced settings are experimental features that are not part of Gmail, but that have been made available to provide extra or missing functionality.
Some examples of advanced features include:
AutoAdvance to show the next conversion in your Inbox after you delete, archive or move a conversation
Templates to create reusable templtes for messages that you often compose
Custom keyboard shortcuts to add your own keyboard shortcuts to Gmail
To set advanced features:
Click on the Settings cog near the top-right corner of the screen
Choose See all settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Enable option next to each advanced feature you wish to enable
Click on Save Changes along the bottom of the screen when complete
