Set calendar options
You can set calendar options such as language, time zone and how dates display in the calendar. You can also set which calendars are shown or hidden, and can set your working hours so that colleagues know when they can schedule appointments with you.

All user preferences in Google Calendar are changed via Calendar Settings:.
Click on the Settings cog near the top-right corner of the screen
Choose Settings
Choose the category of settings you wish to change on the left-hand side of the page e.g. View Options to set whether weekends are displayed in your calendar, or Scheduling to set your working hours
Click on the Back button to return to the calendar when all settings have been changed as required
