Download GDrive
Hi Andrew - I can add some text to the article to direct users to the service desk if they cannot install Google Drive directly. Let me know if there's any particular wording you would like to add.

This will not work at WCC as per the instructions, since we need Administrator permission/password to download any software, and this must be done through the Service Desk. |

attaching (item) ie email in folder/label
You can select the text of a message, including the header information, and use the standard Copy (Ctrl C) and Paste (Ctrl V) commands to insert it into your message. If you want to attach a previous email, you can do that using the print command:
1) Open the message you want to attach, and choose the Print command
2) A new HTML copy of the email is generated & the Print dialog box shown - click on Cancel to close the Print dialog box but keep the copy of the email on screen
3) Save the HTML file - you can do that by right-clicking on the page
4) Attach the HTML version of the email to the message as required |

LABS IN A GROUP INBOX
In a nutshell you cannot make use of Labs when accessing a shared mailbox from your personal account. Labs is only visible when logged in to the account directly. Even if you enable the features when connected directly these do not function when accessed as a shared mailbox through your personal account.
Right now you should look to simplify your existing labelling structure in the shared mailbox and use a single signature configurable in the settings section of the shared mailbox. You should customise the signature each time if this is required for a particular customer/client. |

Adding screenshots to the main email page
You will need to save the screen-shot as an image file, and can then add it to your email either by dragging and dropping (if you use Chrome as your browser) or by using theInsert Images lab. This lab adds a new Insert Image button to the toolbar in the Compose Mail screen. |

Auto-Populating email address
Hey, We have all been advised to save our contacts to make sure the auto-populating field migrates over to GoogleMail. I would like to know, since Outlook recognises the email address after the first time you use a new email address, will the same feature be available using GoogleMail. For example if I use a new email address, one that is not in the company email address list, and one not from Outlook, will Google recognise this address the next time I type this address and will it auto-populate? Thanks Gareth Kentfield |

Adding screenshots to the main email page
As part of my departments work we add a lot of screenshots to the main body of our emilas (up to 50 emails a day), I have been unable to printscreen and paste into the main body of a google mail email? Is there any way around this bearing in mind the number of emails we send out daily? We need a quick and simple resolve? thanks Jo |

Copy and pasting word docs
If your document contains a lot of formatting, this will be lost in the message. The best workaround would be to set the message to Plain Text format using the link on the toolbar, then pasting the text. All formatting will be lost, but the text will be readable. |
